Choosing between a standard and a deep clean
If the house is already in good shape and you want it kept that way, a standard clean is the right fit. If it has been a while, or you are starting with us for the first time, a deep clean adds the inside of the oven, fridge and microwave. Moving in or out is a separate visit, meant for an empty home.

Price follows the size of the home, not the view. Standard cleaning starts at $100 for a studio, $115 for a 1BR and $130 for a 2BR, and larger houses are quoted from the details you give us.
I live in a condo here. Which service should I start with?
A deep clean is a good first visit for a condo you have not had help with for a while. It starts at $175 for a studio, $190 for a 1BR and $205 for a 2BR, and includes the inside of the oven, fridge and microwave.
We are selling and need the place empty and clean. What do you offer?
Move-out cleaning is meant for an empty home and starts at $200 for a studio, $215 for a 1BR and $230 for a 2BR. Cabinets and appliances are cleaned inside once they have been emptied.
Can I get a lower rate if I book regularly?
Yes. Weekly visits are 15% off, biweekly 10% off and monthly 5% off the regular price.
