Sun Lakes is an age-restricted community at the south end of Chandler, ZIP 85248. It has five sections. Each has its own clubhouse, pools and golf. Crystal Home Cleaning is licensed and insured. We book Standard, Deep and move-in/move-out visits here.
Full-time homes and part-time homes
Some Sun Lakes families live here all year. Others go away for part of it. A home that sat empty for months can use a Deep Cleaning before you move back in. A Deep Cleaning has all the Standard cleaning with a harder scrub. We also clean inside and outside of some appliances. We do not take anything out of your fridge or cabinets. Standard visits can keep it clean after that.
A Standard visit wipes down areas you touch a lot and the outside of the appliances. We vacuum and mop the floors and take out one bag of trash.
More time at the club
You have golf, pickleball and pool time on your calendar. A repeat visit hands off the basic chores. You pick the schedule that suits you.
Buying or selling a resale home
Homes change hands here often. A move-in or move-out clean is a Deep Cleaning, plus the inside of cabinets and appliances. The home must be empty for that. If it is not, we clean around your items. Book it before photos, a walkthrough or the move.
