A move-in or move-out cleaning is for an empty home. It starts at $200 for a studio, $215 for a 1BR and $230 for a 2BR. Inside cabinets and appliances are cleaned when they are empty; if anything is still in them, we clean around it.
When does a deep cleaning make more sense than a standard one?
Get a deep cleaning when your home hasn’t been cleaned in a while or you want to start fresh. It includes inside and outside of appliances and scrubs harder. It starts at $175 for a studio, $190 for a 1BR and $205 for a 2BR. We do not remove items from the refrigerator or cabinets.
