Here are the prices. Crystal Home Cleaning charges different prices based on home size. These are starting prices for a studio, a one-bedroom and a two-bedroom home.

What “starting at” really means
These prices are for one bathroom and homes under 1,000 square feet. Larger homes take more time to clean. Your final price is the starting price plus what your home needs. The starting price is the lowest amount. Your home may cost more.
The things that move a quote
- Square footage. More floor to vacuum and mop, more surfaces to dust.
- Bathrooms. They take the most time per square foot, so a second or third bathroom is felt in the total.
- Time since the last professional clean. A home that has had regular upkeep takes less than one that has not.
- Add-ons. Extras such as the inside of the oven or refrigerator on a standard visit are quoted on top.
Paying less over time
Regular cleaning has discounts. Weekly visits get 15% off. Every other week gets 10% off. Once a month gets 5% off. Weekly customers pay less per visit than monthly ones. Both pay less than paying once.
Homes larger than a two-bedroom
Our prices only go up to two bedrooms. For three bedrooms or more, call (480) 470-5905. Tell us about your home. We will give you a price over the phone. That is faster than trying to use a table made for smaller homes.
Where we work
We are based in Gilbert. The same prices apply in Phoenix, Chandler, Mesa, Scottsdale, Tempe, Queen Creek, San Tan Valley, Ahwatukee and Maricopa.
Why is deep cleaning priced so much higher than standard?
A deep clean takes much more time. It includes cleaning vents, window sills, inside the oven and fridge, and a bathroom scrub. These are extra jobs, so the visit is longer and costs more.
Is the quote I get over the phone final?
Your quote is based on what you tell us like size, bathrooms and services. Your final price depends on bathrooms, square feet, services and add-ons. We ask questions first so we give you the right price.
Do recurring discounts apply to deep and move-out cleaning?
The discounts only work for regular cleaning. That means weekly, every two weeks, or once a month. A one-time deep clean or move-out is regular price, no discount.
Can I get a price for a three-bedroom house?
Yes. Our online prices are for studios up to two-bedroom homes. For larger homes, just call (480) 470-5905. Tell us how many bedrooms and bathrooms, and about how many square feet.
Are supplies charged separately?
The prices above are for our cleaning service only. If you have questions about what we bring or what you need to do, ask when you book. That way there are no surprises.
