Where we fit
We clean inside homes. We offer Standard, Deep, Move-In and Move-Out cleaning. This works for an empty apartment, a condo owner who wants regular visits, or a unit that needs a clean between owners. Cleans between residents
When a lease ends, the office can book a Move-Out clean. It can book a Move-In clean before the next resident arrives.

A welcome packet or resident page can link to our online booking page. Residents can see our starting prices there.
Regular visits for residents
Residents can book their own weekly, every other week, or monthly visits. They save 15%, 10% and 5%. The office does not need to help.

We take requests from apartment, condo and HOA communities in Gilbert, Phoenix, Chandler, Mesa, Scottsdale, Tempe, Queen Creek, San Tan Valley, Ahwatukee and Maricopa. Our service areas page lists each city.

Larger units get a quote based on size. We are licensed and insured, with a 5.0 rating on Google. If your association needs paperwork, ask when you call.
Questions from community managers
Can the management office book cleanings for vacated units?
Yes. Send us the unit address, the size, the type of clean, and how we get in. The office can ask for a quote by phone or online.
Do you clean clubhouses or common areas?
Our main work is inside homes and units. Shared spaces are a different job. Call (480) 470-5905 and tell us about the space. We will say if it is a fit.
Can residents call us directly instead of going through the office?
Yes. Residents can ask for a quote and book on their own. The office does not need to be involved for routine visits.
Is the price the same for an apartment as for a house?
Price is set by home size, not by building type. A 1BR apartment and a 1BR house start at the same price. Homes larger than a 2BR get a quote.
Is Crystal Home Cleaning insured?
Yes, we are licensed and insured. If your association needs paperwork, tell us when you call. Then we can sort it out before the first visit.
