Eastmark plans have a lot of floor to cover. A Standard clean wipes the high touch areas and the outside of the appliances, then vacuums, mops, and takes out one bag of trash. It starts at $100 for a studio, $115 for a 1BR, and $130 for a 2BR, and larger Eastmark houses cost more.
Deep is Standard plus a harder scrub, with select appliances cleaned inside and out. It suits Eastmark’s bigger floor plans, whether you are near the Great Park or one of the neighborhood parks.
If you are picking up keys to a new build in Eastmark, a move-in clean takes the construction dust and move-in footprints off the floors, cabinets and appliances before you carry boxes in. Move-in and move-out starts at $200.
