How soon after a tenant leaves can I book?

Should I clean before or after repairs and painting?
After. Dust from sanding and painting gets on things. Book the cleaning once the last repair is done. For a big remodel with lots of stuff, ask about our post-construction cleaning.
What if the tenant left a lot of trash?
Tell us when you book. A lot of trash changes the job. It may need to be taken away before we can clean. A short note or a photo helps us give you a fair price.
Do you clean right before a new tenant moves in?
Yes. A move-in cleaning works for a unit that sat closed up after the last clean.
I own just one two-bedroom. Is it worth booking?
